  • Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We honor your right to cancel any Order within 3 days, no questions asked. To cancel, you must notify us through a clear statement, either:

We commit to reimbursing you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods, using the same payment method you used for the Order. No additional fees will be incurred on your part.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods remain in their original packaging.
  • The Goods have not been used or washed.
  • The Goods are free from damage.

Goods may also be exchanged for a different size (Recommended).

Non-Returnable Goods:

  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene concerns if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria at our discretion.

Only regularly-priced Goods are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by applicable law.

Returning Goods

The cost and risk of returning Goods are your responsibility. For the return address, kindly consult the specific vendor from whom the Goods were purchased.

We cannot be held accountable for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we can’t issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receiving the returned product.

For non-gift-marked Goods, or if the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
